Strawberry Jungle Oats Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

  • ¼ cup Jungle oats (Large Tiger Oat Flakes or Cooking Oats)
  • ½ cup Low fat milk
  • ½ cup Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
  • 1 Small Frozen Banana (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped nuts of your choice
  1. Place Jungle oats and milk in a pan over low heat for 2 minutes or until cooked. Add a little water if needed but we are looking for a stiff consistency in our oats for this recipe. Let it cool down or prepare the night before.
  2. Add strawberries (keep a few slices for garnish), frozen banana, cooked oats, honey and cinnamon in your blender. Blitz it until smooth.
  3. Pour in a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped nuts and slices of strawberries and serve.
