We’ve taken the natural, wholesome goodness of whole grain oats and created three distinct ways for you to enjoy them – all full of nutrients, all an excellent source of fibre, and all enjoyed whichever way you like it.

From Farm to Table
As a great source of vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants, our oats are one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat. And they taste great too!
The Types of Jungle Oats
Steel Cut oats are cut into pieces to create a distinct nutty flavour and satisfyingly hearty texture that takes just 5 minutes to cook.
Rolled flat to provide a thinner, quick-cooking option with a softer, creamier texture and rich, earthy taste.
Very thinly sliced oats that cook faster than other varieties for deliciously fuss-free breakfasts in no time at all.
Meet the Jungle Super Grain
The nutrient-rich heart and centre of the grain contains it all: carbs, fats, vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants.
The hard, edible outer layer of the whole grain contains fibre, minerals and antioxidants.
The tough, inedible outer shell protects the seed of the oat plant. It is removed in the milling process.
Packed with good complex carbohydrates and protein, this makes up the biggest part of the whole grain.
