Meet the Jungle Super Grain
Germ
The nutrient-rich heart and centre of the grain contains it all: carbs, fats, vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants.
Bran
The hard, edible outer layer of the whole grain contains fibre, minerals and antioxidants.
Hull
The tough, inedible outer shell protects the seed of the oat plant. It is removed in the milling process.
Endosperm
Packed with good complex carbohydrates and protein, this makes up the biggest part of the whole grain.
