Do Life With Heart
- 1 cup Taystee Wheat Semolina
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 2-3 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cups hot milk
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 TBS chopped cashew nuts
- 2 TBS chopped almonds
- 2 TBS white raisins (optional)
- 1 tsp ground cardamom powder with
- 6-8 TBS canned dessert cream
- In a pot, cook semolina until golden and aromatic
- Add ghee & cinnamon
- Add 3 cups of the hot milk
- Fold in condensed milk and sugar. Then add a pinch of salt
- Add cardamom, nuts and raisins
- Cover and cook on low heat for 1-3mins
- Add remaining 1 cup milk and cook until thick
- Top with 3 TBS dessert cream
- Transfer into bowl and top with remaining desert cream, more nuts and edible rose petals
