Banana Bread Smoothie

#Lockdown has been all about #bananabread. Well, here’s a banana bread smoothie recipe, using Jungle Oats.

  • 1/2 cups Jungle Oats
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbs honey
  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 handful almonds (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence or extract
  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender and enjoy.
  2. No baking required.
